minor issues detract from potential
slow service unexpected charge
I observed a lack of enthusiasm among some staff at the beach bar. their attitude was somewhat unconcerned and service was slow. i was charged for a drink i returned. It required a dispute at reception to resolve. this discrepancy impacted my experience and i feel the service aligned closer to a 3-4 star standard than a 5 star one.
